care and washing
The fine fleece fabric is made of viscose and polyester. a gentle delicate wash in the washing machine is recommended, a maximum of 30 degrees. Or a hand wash and then rinse and spin in the washing machine. Always wash separately at first, one or two washes, for all the individually dyed colours. After that wash as normal.
It is advised to not put this fabric into the tumble dryer. It dries so quickly and easily, you will find that after a good spin in the washing machine, it comes out almost dry! and will only need a little more drying naturally to be completely dry.
A good and necessary question yes. It is important to wash the dyed colours seperately at first. After a few washes, 2 or 3, the garments and accessories will be fine to wash as normal.
Ironing is not advisable, nor needed, as the fabric dries quickly and does not crease easily.

Only the actual postage for your individual order is charged. There is no charge for packaging.
Exchanges are fine for orders, rather than refunds.
Exchanging orders that are bought as presents is especially important, and no problem at all. We can discuss your order thoroughly, if necessary, to ensure that it is likely to be right first time..
How long it takes to make and post your order depends partly on the time of year. Plenty of time is needed just before Christmas for example. We can talk about this, and usually individual deadlines can be met ok.
